Description

Warm, cheesy, and ultra-comforting, this classic Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the dip later.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to your taste, then mix everything until well blended.
  3. Spread Mixture: Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish, spreading it out evenly to ensure consistent cooking.
  4. Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The dip should become bubbly and develop a golden crust on top.
  5. Serve Warm: Remove from the oven and serve the dip warm with your choice of crackers or slices of bread for dipping and scooping.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving to save preparation time during your event.
  • For a lighter version, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt to reduce fat content while maintaining creaminess.
