Filling
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the quiche.
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until they are softened and fragrant, which usually takes about 5 minutes.
- Prepare Crust: Place the prepared pie crust into a pie dish, ensuring it fits well and the edges are trimmed if necessary.
- Arrange Vegetables: Spread the sautéed onion and bell pepper evenly over the pie crust, then sprinkle the chopped spinach over the top.
- Mix Egg Filling: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Assemble Quiche: Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables within the pie crust, then evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake: Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This helps the filling to settle and makes for cleaner slices.
