Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana

Dairy & Liquids

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes, if desired
