Ingredients

Popcorn

Coating

Topping

  • 2 tbsp strawberry powder (freeze-dried strawberries, crushed)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Prepare Popcorn: Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl and carefully remove any unpopped kernels to ensure a smooth snacking experience.
  2. Melt White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips either in a microwave by heating in short bursts and stirring in between or using a double boiler until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Flavor: Stir the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the melted white chocolate to enhance the overall flavor and balance the sweetness.
  4. Coat Popcorn: Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and gently toss the mixture to evenly coat the popcorn pieces without breaking them.
