Instructions
- Prepare Popcorn: Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl and carefully remove any unpopped kernels to ensure a smooth snacking experience.
- Melt White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips either in a microwave by heating in short bursts and stirring in between or using a double boiler until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
- Add Flavor: Stir the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the melted white chocolate to enhance the overall flavor and balance the sweetness.
- Coat Popcorn: Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and gently toss the mixture to evenly coat the popcorn pieces without breaking them.
- Add Strawberry and Sugar: Sprinkle the strawberry powder and powdered sugar evenly over the coated popcorn and toss lightly again to combine all flavors uniformly.
- Set: Spread the coated and seasoned popcorn in a single layer on a tray and let it set for 15–20 minutes at room temperature until the chocolate hardens.
