- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- 2 cups fresh spinach

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) ensuring it’s ready to bake the casserole evenly.
- Sauté Spinach and Garlic: In a pan over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach with minced garlic until the spinach is wilted and aromatic, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Mix Cream Cheese Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Combine Chicken and Spinach: Add the cooked chicken and sautéed spinach to the cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top to cover the surface.
