Ingredients
Brownie Layer
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a ramekin to prevent sticking.
- Mix Brownie Batter: In a bowl, mix together the melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined.
- Spread Brownie Layer: Pour and spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared ramekin.
- Prepare Cheesecake Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
- Add Cheesecake Layer: Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter evenly.
