Description

These Single-Serve Cheesecake Brownies combine rich, fudgy chocolate brownie with a creamy cheesecake swirl in one perfectly portioned dessert. They’re quick to make and ideal when you’re craving something sweet without baking a full batch.

Ingredients

Brownie Layer

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Cheesecake Layer

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a ramekin to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Brownie Batter: In a bowl, mix together the melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread Brownie Layer: Pour and spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared ramekin.
  4. Prepare Cheesecake Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  5. Add Cheesecake Layer: Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter evenly.
  6. Swirl Mixtures: Using a toothpick or knife, gently swirl the cheesecake mixture into the brownie batter to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake: Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains slightly soft.
  8. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Top with chocolate chips before baking for extra richness.
  • Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert.
  • For a quick microwave version, cook on high for about 60–90 seconds, checking frequently to avoid overcooking.
