Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to ensure they are evenly combined.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.
- Pour Batter into Pan: Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
