Instructions
- Heat the oil: Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat to prepare for cooking the sausage and aromatics.
- Cook the sausage: Add 250 g of sliced or crumbled Italian sausage to the pot and cook until browned and cooked through, releasing its savory flavors.
- Sauté onion and garlic: Stir in 1 chopped small onion and 2 minced garlic cloves, cooking until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
