- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Main Ingredients
- 12 frozen potstickers
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cups bok choy (chopped)

Instructions
- Prepare the broth. Bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add aromatics and seasoning. Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil, allowing the flavors to infuse the broth as it simmers.

- Garnish and serve. Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot for a comforting meal.
Notes
- Add chili oil if you prefer a spicy kick to the soup.
