Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, finely chopped spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Form Patties: Shape the mixture into small, evenly sized sausage patties for uniform cooking.
  3. Heat Oil: Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  4. Cook Patties: Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the patties develop a golden brown crust.
  5. Cool and Serve: Remove the patties from the skillet and let them cool slightly before serving immediately or storing for later use.
