Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Pasta
- 1 lb pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown Chicken: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
