Ingredients

Chicken

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Pasta

  • 1 lb pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)

Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown Chicken: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
