Quick and nutritious no-bake energy balls made with oats, nut butter, and natural sweeteners. Perfect for snacks, lunchboxes, or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

Additional Flavorings

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix Thoroughly: Stir until well combined to ensure an even distribution of oats, nut butter, sweetener, and mix-ins.
  3. Chill Mixture: Chill the mixture for 15 minutes to make it easier to handle and shape into balls.
  4. Form Balls: Roll the mixture into 12–15 small balls, each approximately one inch in diameter.
  5. Refrigerate: Place the formed energy balls in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to set.
