Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel the banana and measure out the mixed berries, yogurt or milk, and ice to have all ingredients ready for blending.
- Blend Smoothie: Add the banana, mixed berries, yogurt or milk, and ice into a blender. Blend on high until mixture is completely smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain.
- Sweeten to Taste: Taste the smoothie. If a sweeter flavor is desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey and blend briefly to combine.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately for the freshest flavor and best texture.
