Instructions

- Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Toss Salad with Dressing: Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to ensure all components are evenly coated with the vinaigrette.
