- 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, separated into leaves

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
