Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2–3 tablespoons strawberry puree or pink lemonade concentrate
- Ice cubes
- Optional: Lemon slices or mint for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture becomes a simple syrup. Set aside to cool.
- Once the syrup has cooled, mix it with the freshly squeezed lemon juice in a large pitcher.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and milk until it starts to thicken and become slightly whipped.
- Add in the strawberry puree or pink lemonade concentrate to the whipped cream mixture, and continue whisking until smooth and creamy.
- Add the whipped cream mixture into the lemon and syrup mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the whipped pink lemonade mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices or fresh mint leaves, if desired, for an extra touch of color and flavor.
