Description

Whipped Pink Lemonade is a creamy, refreshing twist on classic lemonade, featuring a smooth, whipped texture and vibrant pink color. Perfect for hot days, parties, or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 23 tablespoons strawberry puree or pink lemonade concentrate
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: Lemon slices or mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture becomes a simple syrup. Set aside to cool.
  2. Once the syrup has cooled, mix it with the freshly squeezed lemon juice in a large pitcher.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and milk until it starts to thicken and become slightly whipped.
  4. Add in the strawberry puree or pink lemonade concentrate to the whipped cream mixture, and continue whisking until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the whipped cream mixture into the lemon and syrup mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Fill glasses with ice and pour the whipped pink lemonade mixture over the ice.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices or fresh mint leaves, if desired, for an extra touch of color and flavor.

Notes

  • This whipped pink lemonade is best served immediately for maximum freshness and creaminess.
  • If storing leftovers, keep the drink in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 days. The whipped texture may settle, so stir it again before serving.
  • To make this drink less sweet, reduce the sugar or use a sugar substitute.
  • If you prefer a fizzy version, add sparkling water or club soda to the lemonade.
  • For a vegan version, substitute the heavy cream and milk with coconut milk or any plant-based milk.
