Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon: Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh. Remove any seeds if desired, then chop the watermelon into small cubes.
- Blend the watermelon: Place the watermelon cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner juice, add cold water or coconut water to help blend the fruit and make the juice more liquid.
- Strain (optional): If you want a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp. This step is optional, depending on your texture preference.
- Add flavor: Stir in lime juice and honey (if using), adjusting the sweetness and tartness to your liking.
- Serve: Pour the watermelon juice into glasses filled with ice cubes, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately.
