Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup roasted carrots or squash

Cilantro Tahini Sauce

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste


Instructions
