Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit (berries, banana, mango, etc.)
  • 1 cup milk or plant milk

Smoothie or Milkshake Enhancers

  • ½ cup yogurt (for smoothie) or ice cream (for milkshake)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Place the chosen fruit, milk or plant-based milk, yogurt or ice cream, sweetener, and optional ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Blend: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no chunks remaining.
