- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Place the chosen fruit, milk or plant-based milk, yogurt or ice cream, sweetener, and optional ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no chunks remaining.
- Adjust Thickness: Check the consistency and add more milk if the smoothie or milkshake is too thick, blending again to incorporate.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and serve immediately for the best freshness and texture.
