Description

The Unicorn Drink for Kids is a colorful and fun beverage made with fruit purees, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, perfect for parties, playdates, or just as a treat. It’s visually stunning with its rainbow of colors and deliciously refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry syrup or puree (for pink)
  • 1/2 cup blueberry syrup or puree (for blue)
  • 1/2 cup grape juice or purple food coloring (for purple, optional)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Rainbow sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, honey (or sugar), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the base into three portions, each in separate bowls.
  3. To the first portion, add strawberry syrup or puree for a pink color. To the second portion, add blueberry syrup or puree for a blue color. To the third portion, add grape juice or purple food coloring for purple.
  4. In a clear glass, pour the pink portion, followed by the blue, and then the purple, layering them carefully to avoid mixing.
  5. Top with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the magical, colorful drink!

Notes

  • Feel free to use any fruit purees like mango, raspberry, or kiwi for different colors and flavors.
  • For a fizzy version, add sparkling water or soda to the base mixture.
  • Use food coloring if you don’t have fruit purees or syrups available.
  • For a lighter version, use frozen yogurt or skip the ice cream.
