- 64 ounces fruit-flavored club soda
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- Sliced fruits for garnish (oranges, pineapple, berries)
- Mint leaves, optional garnish
- Ice cubes
- For the Homemade Fruit Ice Cubes:
- 1 ½ cups pineapple juice
- 24 fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Prepare the Homemade Fruit Ice Cubes: In an ice cube tray, pour 1 ½ cups of pineapple juice into each compartment, filling halfway. Add 1-2 fresh raspberries into each cube slot. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen.
- Make the Tropical Fruit Punch: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine 64 ounces of fruit-flavored club soda, 2 cups of pineapple juice, and 2 cups of orange juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Add Ice: Add the homemade fruit ice cubes to the punch. If not using fruit ice cubes, you can add regular ice cubes.
- Garnish: Slice fruits like oranges, pineapple, or berries, and add them as garnish. Add fresh mint leaves for extra aroma and color.
- Serve: Pour the punch into glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish with fruit slices and mint. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a unique twist, swap pineapple and orange juice for mango, passionfruit, or guava juice.
- Freeze slices of tropical fruits like pineapple or mango to chill the punch without watering it down.
- For extra fizz, add more club soda to your punch depending on your preference.
- Store any leftover punch in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
