Chicken and Sauce
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté briefly for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Make Sauce: Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring it to a gentle simmer. Allow it to reduce slightly for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Parmesan: Stir in the grated parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine Pasta and Chicken: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Add the cooked fettuccine and gently toss everything together to evenly coat the pasta and chicken with the sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the dish for a burst of color and freshness. Serve the chicken Alfredo warm.
