Description

The Strawberry Mint Mojito Mocktail is a refreshing and vibrant drink that combines the sweetness of ripe strawberries with the coolness of mint, all balanced with a zesty splash of lime. It’s perfect for any occasion and a great non-alcoholic alternative.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1012 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra mint sprigs and strawberry slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, combine the strawberries, mint leaves, and lime juice. Muddle the ingredients gently to release the juices and oils from the mint and strawberries.
  2. Add honey or simple syrup (if using) and stir to combine.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the muddled mixture over the ice.
