Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
- Dry Chickpeas: Pat the drained and rinsed chickpeas completely dry using a kitchen towel. This step is essential to achieve a crispy texture when roasted.
