Description

A quick creamy spread with smoky salmon, lemon, and dill — perfect on bagels, crackers, or cucumber rounds.


Ingredients

Salmon Spread:

  • 8 oz smoked salmon, flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp dill
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Pulse all ingredients: In a food processor, pulse smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Chill before serving: Refrigerate the spread for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
