A quick creamy spread with smoky salmon, lemon, and dill — perfect on bagels, crackers, or cucumber rounds.
Ingredients
Salmon Spread:
- 8 oz smoked salmon, flaked
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp dill
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients: In a food processor, pulse smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Chill before serving: Refrigerate the spread for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
