Ingredients

- 1 baguette or 20 crackers/cucumber rounds
Herbed Cream Cheese:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ½ tsp black pepper
Garnish:
- Capers & extra dill for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the Herbed Cream Cheese: In a bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, and black pepper until smooth.
- Assemble the Canapés: Spread the herbed cream cheese mixture on crackers or baguette slices.
- Add Smoked Salmon: Top each slice with thinly sliced smoked salmon.
- Garnish: Garnish with capers and extra dill.
