Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Orange slices, for garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine orange juice and rosemary sprig. Heat over medium heat until warm, allowing the rosemary to infuse the juice for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and discard the rosemary sprig.
- If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup to sweeten. Let the orange juice mixture cool down to room temperature.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the cooled orange juice mixture over the ice.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda for a refreshing fizz.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the zesty, herby refreshment.
