Ingredients
- Pineapple:
- 1/2 pineapple, cut into 1/2” to 1″ pieces
- Strawberries:
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- Lemon Juice:
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Grape Juice:
- 1 cup grape juice, preferably fresh
- Sparkling Water:
- 1 bottle sparkling water, no sugar added
- Agave:
- 1/4 cup agave (adjust to taste)
- Mint Leaves (optional):
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- Ice Cubes:
- For serving
- Lemon Slices:
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Muddle Pineapple: In a medium bowl, muddle the pineapple pieces, then transfer them to a pitcher.
- Add Ingredients: Add grape juice, lemon juice, sliced strawberries, and mint leaves to the pitcher. Mix well and refrigerate before serving.
- Final Touches: Before serving, add chilled sparkling water, lemon slices, and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve with ice cubes.
