These Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Sticks are a fun and delicious twist on traditional pizza. With crispy golden crust, gooey mozzarella cheese, and savory pepperoni, they’re perfect for dipping in marinara sauce. A perfect appetizer, snack, or side dish.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil (for spraying)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- If using store-bought pizza dough, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangle or long strips, about 1/4 inch thick. If making homemade dough, roll it out similarly.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on one side of the dough. Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni. Fold the dough over, enclosing the cheese and pepperoni inside.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the dough into strips about 1 to 1.5 inches wide.
- Arrange the pizza sticks on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt over the top of the pizza sticks. Lightly spray the sticks with olive oil to ensure a golden, crispy finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pizza sticks are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni and add veggies like mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives.
- Add extra cheeses such as cheddar, provolone, or parmesan for a cheesier version.
- For a spicy twist, sprinkle red pepper flakes or drizzle hot sauce over the sticks.
