Description
A creamy spread of flaked salmon seasoned with Old Bay, lemon, and herbs — rustic yet refined.
Ingredients
8 oz cooked salmon, flaked
- 2 Tbsp softened butter
- 2 Tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon zest + 1 tsp juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Combine butter, crème fraîche, lemon zest, and Old Bay.
- Fold in salmon and chives gently.
- Chill 30 min before serving.
Mix together the softened butter, crème fraîche, lemon zest, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
Gently fold in the flaked salmon and chopped chives into the mixture.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
