Description

A creamy spread of flaked salmon seasoned with Old Bay, lemon, and herbs — rustic yet refined.


Ingredients

8 oz cooked salmon, flaked

  • 2 Tbsp softened butter
  • 2 Tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon zest + 1 tsp juice
  • 1 Tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt & pepper


Instructions

  1. Combine butter, crème fraîche, lemon zest, and Old Bay.
  2. Mix together the softened butter, crème fraîche, lemon zest, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.

  3. Fold in salmon and chives gently.
  4. Gently fold in the flaked salmon and chopped chives into the mixture.

  5. Chill 30 min before serving.
  6. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
