Description

This No-Bake Chocolate Lasagna is a decadent and easy-to-make dessert that combines layers of creamy vanilla pudding, chocolate, and graham crackers. It’s perfect for when you want a delicious dessert without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 ½ cups cold milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding and cold milk. Mix until the pudding thickens and is smooth. This should take about 2 minutes. Set the pudding aside.
  2. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Layers: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the dish. You may need to break some crackers to fit. Spread half of the prepared vanilla pudding mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out evenly. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding layer. Spread half of the whipped topping over the second layer of graham crackers.
  4. Add the Chocolate Layer: Pour the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the whipped topping layer, spreading it out carefully to cover the surface.
  5. Add the Final Layers: Add one more layer of graham crackers on top of the chocolate layer. Spread the remaining vanilla pudding mixture over the top of the graham crackers. Finish with the remaining whipped topping, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate: Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the layers to set and the flavors to meld together.
  7. Serve: Before serving, dust the top with powdered sugar for a final touch. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add fresh berries like strawberries or raspberries for a fruity twist.
  • For an even richer chocolate flavor, you can use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla pudding for the layers.
