Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend works best)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Additional Ingredients:
- 12 mini slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese (cut in half)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Optional toppings: pickles, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat Grill or Skillet: Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Mix Ground Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently without overworking.
- Shape Patties: Divide mixture into 12 equal portions and shape into small patties.
- Cook Patties: Grill or cook patties for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Add Cheese: Place half-slice of cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.
