Ingredients

Liquid Base

  • 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)

Fruits & Vegetables

  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup spinach

Add-ins

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
