Marinade

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  2. Marinate the chicken: Add the chicken breasts or thighs to the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
  3. Grill the chicken: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), ensuring the chicken is cooked through and juicy.
