Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a shaker or jar, mix the mango puree, turmeric (ground or fresh), and citrus juice thoroughly until well blended to develop the bright base of the drink.
- Add Sweetener: If desired, add honey or simple syrup to taste, and stir again to combine smoothly.
- Prepare Glass: Fill a serving glass with ice to chill your drink nicely and keep it refreshing.
- Pour Mixture: Pour the mango mixture over the ice in the glass.
- Top with Sparkling Water: Gently add sparkling water on top and stir lightly to combine without losing the fizz.
