Ingredients

Black Tea Bags:
4 bags (English Breakfast or Assam)
Sugar:
1/4 cup (or honey, to taste)
Vanilla Extract:
1 teaspoon (or 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped)

Instructions
- Boil Water: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep black tea bags for 4–5 minutes (longer for stronger tea).
- Add Sweetener: Remove tea bags and stir in sugar (or honey) until dissolved.
- Flavor and Chill: Add vanilla extract and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled (at least 1–2 hours).
- Serve: Serve over ice with lemon slices for garnish.
