Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar: Cream together butter, sugar, lemon zest, and lavender in a large bowl for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
