Description

Irresistible Parmesan Garlic Chicken is a flavorful, crispy dish made with tender chicken breasts coated in a cheesy, garlicky crust. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to coat well.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
