Description

“These Irresistible Crab Crescent Bites are the perfect appetizer for any gathering! Flaky crescent dough filled with a creamy, savory crab mixture and baked to golden perfection. A delicious finger food that’s sure to impress your guests.”

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent dough

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, shredded or chopped

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles on a baking sheet.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each crescent dough triangle.

  • Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the crab mixture inside the dough.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.

  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning or a dash of hot sauce to the crab mixture.

  • These bites can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. Just pop them in the oven when you’re ready to serve.

  • If you want a more decadent version, try adding a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese to the filling.
