Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Blueberry Mixture: In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Assemble the Chimichangas: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the blueberry mixture into the center. Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to create a sealed package.
- Brush with Butter: Brush the outside of the rolled tortilla with melted butter.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the chimichangas in the basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook: Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
