Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Blueberry Mixture: In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Assemble the Chimichangas: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the blueberry mixture into the center. Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to create a sealed package.
  3. Brush with Butter: Brush the outside of the rolled tortilla with melted butter.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the chimichangas in the basket, ensuring they are not touching.
