- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Prepare the Roast: Place the beef chuck roast into the Instant Pot, ensuring it fits comfortably inside.
- Add Seasonings: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet and the au jus gravy mix evenly over the top of the roast for balanced flavor.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the pepperoncini peppers, pour in the pepperoncini juice, place the butter chunks on top, and pour the beef broth around the roast.
- Set Cooking Mode: Seal the Instant Pot lid securely and set it to cook at High Pressure for 60 minutes.
- Natural Release: After cooking, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
- Serve: Shred the pot roast using two forks and serve with the flavorful juices and peppers.
