  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Roast: Place the beef chuck roast into the Instant Pot, ensuring it fits comfortably inside.
  2. Add Seasonings: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet and the au jus gravy mix evenly over the top of the roast for balanced flavor.
  3. Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the pepperoncini peppers, pour in the pepperoncini juice, place the butter chunks on top, and pour the beef broth around the roast.
  4. Set Cooking Mode: Seal the Instant Pot lid securely and set it to cook at High Pressure for 60 minutes.
  5. Natural Release: After cooking, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
