Description

Honey Lavender Lemonade is a refreshing and fragrant drink combining fresh lemon juice, soothing lavender, and natural honey. Perfect for warm days, it’s a delightful twist on classic lemonade with a floral note.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/3 cup honey (adjust to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons dried culinary lavender
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and lavender sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, honey, and dried lavender. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let steep for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher, discarding the lavender buds.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs, if using.

Notes

  • Use culinary-grade lavender only to ensure it is safe for consumption.
  • For a sparkling version, replace cold water with sparkling water.
  • Store any leftover lemonade in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
