Description
Juicy, tender grilled ribeye steak topped with rich garlic herb butter — a steakhouse-quality meal ready in minutes, perfect for an easy yet impressive main course.
Ingredients
Steak
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Garlic Butter
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steaks: Rub the ribeye steaks on both sides with olive oil, then generously season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Grill the steaks: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side to achieve medium-rare, or adjust time to your desired doneness.
- Prepare the garlic butter: While the steaks are grilling, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl, mixing well to create a fragrant garlic herb butter.
- Rest the steaks: Once grilled, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute, ensuring they stay juicy and tender.
- Serve with garlic butter: Top each rested steak with a generous dollop of the garlic butter just before serving to melt over the hot meat, adding rich flavor and aroma.
Notes
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes after grilling for optimal juiciness.
- For added fragrance, add fresh rosemary to the garlic butter mixture.
