Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If the chicken breasts are thick, butterfly or gently pound them to an even thickness.
  2. Prepare the breading: In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Coat the chicken: Lightly coat each chicken breast in olive oil, then dip it into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat the chicken evenly.
  4. Bake the chicken: Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden brown.
