Instructions
- Prepare the beef stew meat and baby potatoes. Halve the potatoes for even cooking.

- In the same skillet, add beef stew meat and sear for 6-8 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.

- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, until beef is tender and potatoes are soft. If needed, cook uncovered for a thicker sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley or additional herbs.
