Ingredients
- 1 loaf of sliced bread (16 slices)
- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
- 6–8 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. If you’re using Parmesan cheese, add it to the mixture and stir everything together until well-combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each slice of bread, covering the surface evenly.
- Arrange the buttered slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Optional: For an extra crispy finish, broil the garlic bread for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the garlic bread from the oven and serve warm.
