Ingredients
Fruit Kebabs
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup melon or kiwi chunks
- Wooden or metal skewers
Yogurt Dip
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit: Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, peel and cut the melon or kiwi into bite-sized chunks, and make sure pineapple chunks and grapes are ready to use.
- Assemble the kebabs: Thread the fruit pieces onto the skewers alternately, mixing colors and types to create an attractive pattern and variety in each kebab.
- Make the yogurt dip: In a small bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Serve: Arrange the prepared fruit kebabs on a serving platter and provide the yogurt dip on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Use any seasonal fruits available or preferred to customize your kebabs.
- For a dairy-free alternative, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond milk yogurt.
- Best served fresh for optimal taste and texture, but kebabs can be assembled a few hours in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator.
