Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 46 tea bags (depending on your strength preference)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional sweeteners (honey, sugar, agave syrup)
  • Optional fruit or herbs for flavoring (lemon, mint, berries, peach, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat.
  2. Add the tea bags to the hot water and let them steep for 4-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  3. If you prefer sweet tea, add sweetener while the tea is still hot, stirring to dissolve. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill.
