Ingredients
Marinade:

Steak:
- 2 round steaks, about 1 inch thick
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and Dijon mustard.
