Ingredients

  • 1 cup green tea (chilled) or coconut milk for a creamy version
  • 1/2 cup strawberry juice or strawberry puree
  • 1/4 cup dragonfruit juice or dragonfruit-flavored syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoons simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberry or dragonfruit pieces (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Green tea and let it cool completely. If using coconut milk, skip this step.
  2. In a shaker or large glass, combine green tea or coconut milk, strawberry juice, dragonfruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake or stir well to combine and chill.
